About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or buy from The Pakistani Brand. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Delivery, Refund, and Privacy policies.

The store

The Pakistani Brand is an online store based in Pakistan. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs / PKR) and include the information displayed at checkout. We may update prices or availability at any time before an order is accepted.

Orders

• An order is a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm or dispatch the order.
• Please give a complete address and a working phone number. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil and refund any amount already paid.
• Stock can change. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you about a replacement or refund.
• Orders over Rs 10,000 require a 10% advance before dispatch, as shown in the store banner.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available on most products.
• Bank transfer may be offered at checkout, sometimes with a small discount. Pay only to the account details we share in the official checkout flow.
• We never ask for OTP, PIN, or full card details over WhatsApp or email.

Use of the website

You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with checkout, or copy our product photos and writing for another store. All brand names, photos, and copy on this site belong to The Pakistani Brand or our partners.

Liability

We take care to describe products honestly. Colour and scale can vary slightly from photos. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where Pakistan law says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
